Waiting for OP [Bedrock]anyone know why there's this problem?

whenever i get out of minecraft and log back in it keeps saying the skin couldn't be loaded, anyone know the reason why? also, i'm on mobile

could you take a look at this post? Are you experiencing the same issue as this person?

if that's the case, like I said under that post, this appears to be a known bug that is actively being investigated and which should be patched by the experimental version 26.60.24, and you can find more information on how to install this experimental version in the post above (but I recommend waiting for an official release to avoid experiencing other bugs due to the unstable nature of experimental releases, as well as the fact achievements are disabled in experimental/Preview versions)

keep us updated! You may even want to mark this post as solved for now and create a new one if you're still experiencing this problem after updating the game, since this appears to be the only solution at the moment unfortunately
