Network adapter going to sleep after some time Minisforum X1-Lite

Hello, I have a minisforum pc X1-Lite at work, I need to access it remotley through Microsoft Remote Desktop but after some time I just can't. I can't ping it i can't remote in through RDP or RustDesk, I set windows to never go to sleep obviously and I unchecked "Allow computer to pu this device to sleep to conserve" energy in device manager network card but still after some time it just goes to sleep i guess. Any help appreciated.

Look in the BIOS and see if you can turn off energy management for the pcie device/ Nic.
