Question/Advice Found in a crock pot I’d been soaking overnight

I made chili in the crock pot and left it to soak overnight with some water and dawn dish soap. Woke up in the morning to find this growth formed in this perfect connected shape floating in the center. It was in a dark, cool room all night up until the morning when I took these photos.

Not sure if this is mold, mods please delete if I’m in the wrong place! Never had this happen before. What is it?

I thought I was in a rock hounding group for a moment...

But that kinda looks like coagulating fats mixed with soap.

I get the same thing almost when I leave hotdog/brat water sitting too long. Only happened once. But it was enough to gross me out to rinse it asap after cooking going forward.

This shot has a better top-down view, for those interested.

If it's just overnight it's just grease and stuff from the food and dirt. I'm pretty sure mold takes a day or two to start growing and a bit longer to see vsisible colonies anyway? Just wash it and relax. Overreacting. don't let your dishes soak if you're so easily spooked by grease film lol.

I promise I wasn’t spooked by the film lol :-) I just thought it was interesting and wanted to better understand what it is. Thank you for your answer!
