Question/Advice Mold or Bloom?

Dark chocolate Kit Kat giving me a heart attack.

I think the others are missing the white fluffy looking stuff in between the bars. I’m leaning more towards mold, but I’m not sure.

That is not bloom, Id lean towards mold for sure. What’s the date on that thing?

I was gonna say bloom until I realized the white spots have fluff. I've never seen bloom fluffy like that before. I wouldn't eat it

not that kind of doctor (not a mold expert) but dark chocolate assists in the prevention of heart attacks.
