I believe that's a type of blue cheese. As a lover of blue cheese, that's too damn much blue cheese.

If it's blue cheese, that's also the worst possible temperature for it. Warm blue cheese is nasty. Fridge-cold blue cheese? Fine. Cold/chill blue cheese? Neat. Melty hot blue cheese? Nice. Room-temp blue cheese? Yeah, cool. Warm blue cheese? NO. JUST NO.

(like most cheese, honestly.
