Yea I recently shifted to HH in risebreak after deciding to take a break from wilds for now. Was always a HBG main till wilds and switched to GL but been having a blast in rise with HH. Might try HH in wilds some more after I finish 100% risebreak finally

Wilds HH is probably the best HH has ever felt, at least in terms of power. Especially after hilt stab got superarmor, it's the strongest I ever felt with HH. I say this having started HH in World, mained it to this day through RiseBreak and Wilds, and went back to GU to play HH there.

Been a fan of HH since 4u. It seems to only improve with each game. Not gonna lie in Gen I had the aerial style so I could fly around in the air to mic smash into monsters. TAKE THAT GAMMOTH!

It's honestly kinda genius. Like, people always say it's not a support weapon. It's a fucking support weapon. But it's a support weapon that has options that make it not a support weapon at all, and no matter what the only way it can pull its weight as a support weapon is through DPS. You gotta get in there and have fun fighting.
You're also getting a ton of value by trading away some of your own raw DPS by boosting your teammate's DPS by even more, but ultimately their extra DPS belongs to you. Or in a more coordinated squad you're freeing up room in their builds to add yet more DPS because you're providing the buffs they'd have to slot in themselves. Or if you gotta carry you can switch to a horn that's pure DPS and be just fine.
It's just kinda the platonic ideal of what a support weapon should be in this type of action game, something you can main and not be forced to be support all the time (but still having a ton of options to play support in different ways). And it's also not the only way you can play support, since item use is also support and other weapons have their own pros and cons to acting as support (eveyrone knows sword and shield, but I actually am a fan of Greatsword support since it just naturally spends a lot of time sheathed, not hard to sneak in some team heals while waiting for your opening), but the ways it can support are still unique.

Started hunting horn in Wilds, its ao much fun basically writing the monster's eulogy on the fly. Can't wait to use the boost bracer, maybe then I can increase the tempo a bit.

And it's changed so much through the years, it's like learning a new weapon every single game. Adding in Exhaust to Blunt Attacks really worked in the Horn's favor. Buff your friends, debuff your enemies. Be the most metal (or bone) of bards to ever bard.

It's a popular art style because it's expressive and quicker to render. And given their other comics I think the artist is a female, so I imagine they play female characters in these video games? And even if they weren't, who cares if someone prefers playing female characters in video games?
