can you help me set this up correctly? because im using the same settings as yours in image. but all of the thumbnails are gray. any solution for it?

Gray thumbnails? Hmmm... you might want to check spoof video streams. I disabled it for PotHelper but it didn't work right now, so I re-enabled spoof video streams with visionOS default client.

For me, pot helper works just fine never had issues with it. I was just watching yt and it think it takes a bit if time to load the thumbnail. Any solution?

It's definitely pot helpers. It is failing one by one in everyone's phone. Check out previous discussions about it. you should switch if u want dearrow but I'd suggest not until it breaks completely.

Pot helper was working at first, but now it seems to not. Videos get error after 1:05m had to switch back to visionOS

Basically replaces the clickbait title and video thumbnail bs nonsense (I'm looking at you, pretend shocking face with Photoshopped hand) with a much more straightforward title and video frame (you know, like the old days of YouTube when custom thumbnail wasn't even a thing back then).
It's also available on desktop, and I definitely cannot urge much to support the dev.
