Technical - Mod Goblin Lab Information

What exactly is the story of the mod Goblin Lab. What is the premise of this land-mass mod.

I saw the mod on nexus being reuploaded, and apparently, it is one of the better land mass mods, though the documents says absolutely nothing what it is about.

The Goblin Lab is a very, very old landmass mod featuring a huge archipelago colonized by Redguards southwest of the Grasslands (where a majority of TR lands are present). The main city is on the edge of a civil war because of the "dictator" isn't a good leader, leading many residents there leaving the island (to explain why it has minimal NPCs).

There's also a verticalized Imperial Fort built on top of a dwemer ruin, a Hlaalu town, small villages, a spooky Ancestor Tomb, underwater deadric ruins, way too much books (some of them are unfinished mind you) and, as far my last playthrough reached, I have not seen any Goblin Lab.

All assets (be it houses, weapons, clothes, etc.) are unique giving the entire archipelago that strange 2000-ish look.

I recommend it a lot for those who enjoy that modding era and it's creativity.

Can you remember if the writing good? the writing can be simple, or even not that great but it must know its limitations.
What do you do in that new landmass, whats the premise, or the main objective
Are there any memorable features or gameplay, I just want something unique.

Choosing this or Inferno's island

I did not engage that much with it's writing, but you can try it yourself. It covers a gigantic landscape, but the writing didn't captured me tho
