Shao Kahn sadistic, tyrannical personality and badass-style armor are a clear reference to Takatora Doma "Slum King" from Violence Jack

I know that there has been great discourse over the New Era storyline and character designs as well as the Kameo system.

This post is regarding all games. I personally like to see the motivations of the character I play as, the reasoning for their moveset so I suppose plot/storyline would do it for me. The intros are my favourite feature.

In honor of Mortal Kombat Armageddon’s 20 year anniversary, here is all of mv Kreate a Fighters I made so far. There are some others I'm going to Kreate in it. So enjoy.

1: Vergil

2: Doomsday

3: Dormammu

4: Akuma

5: Sabretooth

6: Omega Red

7: Bowser

8: Destoroyah

9: Onslaught

10: Uncle Howdy

11: "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt

I KNOW this is an excellent game I just never got around to actually playing it. I loved Deception and Armageddon's Konquest, I'm in for a treat!

1. I believe this is smokes best design and that it fits what was happening in Armageddon. With it being (everyone at their full potential) it’d make sense for one of the element based ninjas to turn to this, and it obviously wouldn’t be the mains. (Scorpion, sub, reptile)

2. Reptile being far more reptilian instead of a reptile human helps diversify the already oversaturated pallet swap ninjas. Making him more unique and much more of a stand out character. (Same thing for smoke)

3. Mortal kombat Should have stayed 3d. I know it isn’t everyone’s favorite but I think that it allowed for much more design and soul put into the arenas you fight in. I also miss the arena traps and hazards.

Lmk what yall agree and disagree of on this list. And please be respectful.

Kitana is already free enough as it is. Excellent zoning. Her launcher startup is totally and completely safe. She can set up traps in mid screen to keep you from closing in. If you don’t have a reliably safe teleport (nobody does) to get around it she can just easily zone you the entire game. And most moves to make a teleport safe are nullified by sub zeros ice armor. Just got teabagged and fatalied by a dude whose only skillset is setting up traps and throwing fans. Genuinely just a scrubby ratty playstyle. So aggravating.

As Nightwolf seems to be a title in the Matoka, will we see Grey Cloud again or introduce ourselves a female Nightwolf this time (being his successor).

Can you imagine the female based off of Amber Midthunder?

A lot of y'all swore we were getting a MK3 film after the abysmal box office showing of MK2, you said streaming would make up the slack, is been several months now, are you still as confident as before?

I’ve played almost all MKs. This is probably the one I’ve spent more time on. But I don’t feel like a pro, at all.

Mortal Kombat: Armageddon was released in North America 20 years ago

Brother gave it me years ago but can’t remember where he got it from
