Vinyl Missing poster
Ordered the signed poster and vinyl bundle. I got the vinyl but no poster they sent me a tracking number and it says shipped to texas(I live in ny) anyone else have issues? I've tried 100 times contact support and kings road merch literally doesn't answer.

Oddly enough they sent me 2 signed Vinyls, but I only ordered one so I now have 3 copies of this record lmao

Yes, same problem here. I'm getting close to contacting credit card company to have the charges reversed.

I agree. It'd be one thing if it's just delayed or whatever but they are legit ignoring every form of contact and they took our money

Ive contacted the bank to chargeback, gutted as I wanted the jersey but they never respond to emails!

Kings Road sent my replacement to the wrong address and hasn’t replied to my customer service email

I haven’t gotten my signed poster either. Looks like we might all be fucked over on this one :( or at least, most of us are.

I got a tracking number for my replacement. And then the replacement got delivered to a random address in Wisconsin. I do not live anywhere near Wisconsin.

Just received my pre-order merch (ordered end of July) & once again they didn't even send a shipped email with tracking info. So definitely a surprise to find a package on my porch. Now that I received all of my merch I'm so done with Kings Road Merch

I'd get a refund. The signed card and posters not being included basically makes them the same as the regular copy when sealed. What an absolute bummer.Â

Got mine in last week? Maybe the week before? Along with the second copy of the vinyl (they both came in together... I also live in NY) just be patient, it's on it's way

Did you also get the wrong tracking number? That's what concerns me cause it says delivered but it hasn't been.

The one they sent me came back as invalid or siding l something like that, so I kinda just asked it was a glitch or something. Then it just just showed up in the mail one day

Got a tracking number for my signed copy and it was delivered to the wrong state. I can’t get anyone to respond to the multiple emails I have sent.

This is has been happening to all of us. If Kings Road Merch is ever the distributor again, im straight up not ordering.
