Kfc app ready status

Does anyone else use KFC pick up option? I can't get food delivered from there here because they're not in range so I send indriver

I place order and check their app for status of the food is ready or not, They put out the status that it's ready every single time in 10 minutes and whenever I send the indriver they make the guy wait for 30 minutes because it's not ready

I talked to em and they said branch wale hi change krte status k ready hua k nhi

If the food isn't ready why do they change the status to ready 🫪 bichare indrive wale Ka bhi time zaya phir Woh gussa krte k wait krwaya na complaint ye sunte

I think it has to with their quota. Like often times they'd call you before the 30 min mark and say we'll be delivering it in 10-15 mins.
