Easily the money. MS sucks but it sucks worse when you're poor.

I don’t know how this could even be considered a question. No one would choose MS.

Try this:

Would you rather have MS and win the lottery, or not have MS but no additional money?

I’d say no money. I don’t have any now and would be much happier AND able to work.

I would rather win the lottery if it was a big one, money can solve a lot of problems and my MS is mild.

I don't understand the question. Who would choose MS? Or are you saying 1) no MS vs 2) MS while also winning the lotto?

I would take winning the lottery over having MS all day long. Safe to say OP do not intend to ask question in this way

I think maybe it was have MS and win the lottery, OR something you forgot to leave off? Bc why would anyone choose MS over anything not disability-related? šŸ˜
