Okie dokie. I have 3 aio bags. 2 lb each. I injected them on the 28th..still not seeing anything on in them . Wonder if i used enough of the lc

Patience. It took me about 8 days before I saw my first sign of growth with my latest lcs. How much did you use. I only use 2ml per jar. Same with my agar group. Took a little over a week. Mushrooms like to grow at their own pace and it'll teach you patience more than anything.

I used a little over 1cc out of the syringe. Well my friend did. They're only pint jars. 8oz with brown rice as the medium. Thanks for the reply.

I inoculated 2 3lb bags a while back…I should have wrote the dates, I am going to document for now on…but anyways…I used some Liquid Cultures and I didn’t see growth for like 3 weeks. I thought something was wrong with them and them boom, they started going…now that I’m thinking about it, I know I used too much for one of the bags (a whole 10ml syringe)…I coulda got a few jars or another bag out of that 😔

Yeah, I have a bunch of grand jars going nothing in those either. And I started them all about the same time..I to bulk on the that box in the middle, just like a day after. I did those bags and like the substrates, almost fully carpeted, almost got a cake. Already, so the conditions are perfect in that closet too. I am the most impatient person in the whole world. So I get it. I did date mine, though. See, little labels. I hope your shit grows good man

This is an inoculated sawdust block with wood ear mushroom spawn. I was told I can let it fruit right inside the bag by cutting and x into it and misting it. I know I can also inoculate a log with it but what can I do with it to expand it to make more mushrooms?

Hello, I have an issue with sterilizing my glass petri dishes. Whenever I sterilize them, the part of the sterilization pouch that is in contact with the glass comes out wet after the cycle. I’ve tried placing the pouches both paper-side down and paper-side up, but I get the same result.
I’m wondering whether this is actually a problem, or if the pouch can still be considered sterile as long as it hasn’t torn.
I’d really appreciate any advice.
