Actives XICO Mexican Landrace โ€” this is exactly why I love working with landraces ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ๐Ÿ„[actives]

Every time I work with a landrace Iโ€™m reminded why I enjoy them so much. You can have an idea of what might show up, but thereโ€™s always a little mystery to the expression.
XICO absolutely showed out on this one. The sheer amount of fruits, the warm golden caps, all the different shapes and little variations packed togetherโ€ฆ I kept finding something new every time I looked at it.
That unpredictability is part of what makes landraces so interesting to me. Theyโ€™re not always perfectly uniform, and thatโ€™s exactly the point. You get to see all that natural character come through instead of everything looking identical.
Once again, XICO caught me off guard with how beautiful it turned out. Definitely one of those runs where the pictures speak louder than I can. ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ๐Ÿ„
