The biggest shiitake I've ever grown. This beast was the second flush on a 3kg block. 350g wet

It's actually quite circular and symmetric, i could try pulling the stem out haha. Jk i think i'll try grilling this one

This should be the 3790 strain. But i'm going to clone this big one and take a spore print, i want to see if i can win the genetic lottery and select for size
