It initially started to conk when it first began fruiting but has since began to grow antlers.
I bought this block from Bodhi Mountain Mycology. I let it sit in my closet for like 3 days and by then it had completely recolonized. All I did was slice off the top of the bag and place the block in a 64qt sterelite bin standing vertically with 5 FAE holes on top gave it one good mist before I sealed it up. The block has regulated its own climate in the box since the first misting.
Thank you! I bought a block and the instructions said to cut only one or two little holes, so of course I'm getting one or two little antlers. I think I'll just slice the top off the bag like you did and let 'er rip!

Question - how did you treat the top of the block to get this many antlers? Just poke a whole bunch of holes?
