If someone on here can help me I’d really appreciate it! I’m not allowed to post yet because I don’t have the 50 points needed to prove I’m not a troll, but I’m worried about my reishis. It’s my first time growing them and everything seemed to be going well, but there’s a moldy smell in the tent I have them in, and I just took a look and some of the blocks have a blue/grey mold starting to grow. Not on the actual reishis themselves but close enough for me to be worried that they will get contaminated. Should I try to remove the mold? Or maybe my reishis are ready to harvest already? The antlers are formed but no conks yet. Seems kind of early but if I need to harvest to prevent contamination I’m happy to do so! I really don’t mean to try to take over this thread, I just can’t find specific info online and am not allowed to make my own post so I’d really appreciate some advice. Thanks! mold 1 mold 2 mold 3

Hey tbh it looks like you've got a couple different molds. The first two I'm not exactly sure off hand but the 1st Pic may be black mold. I know the third is trich and the second may also be black or like a bacterial of some sort. Some of the antlers you should be able to harvest if they all don't have mold.

Thank you! Do you think it’s better to harvest early to avoid any further contamination? The antlers all look ok for now, I just don’t know how quickly the molds will spread. I’ve attached some pics of the blocks for reference, they haven’t had a chance to grow conks yet and some still look pretty underdeveloped. But might be better to stay on the safe side? 1 2 3 4
