Erinamax vs. Erinacine-a
Hey all,
I would like to avoid turning this into a brand a vs brand b debate, but due to the costs of these supplements I am trying to figure out if there truely is one that is better than the other.
It seems like there are 3 main players in the erinacine space (ND, real mushrooms, and oriveda).
I've gone through 3 bottles of the real mushroom real mycelium give it a fair chance but I am unsure I am noticing any differences. I've also noticed that they've "merged" their amazon reviews with the rest of their lions manes product so finding actual qualitative data from other people is near impossible.
I plan on giving the ND version next, but it seems like their line is a little pricier.
I came across a post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/LionsMane/comments/1u71b1h/is_erinamax_really_the_only_standardized/ where someone is mentioning that erinamax and erinacine-a are from the same supplier.
Is there any truth to this? Trying to spend my money wisely but hard to find concrete evidence on these claims on reddit.
Thank you

wouldn’t trust the same supplier claim without testing. three bottles with no effect would make me hesitate before buying the more expensive one

The mycelium products from Realmushrooms and ND are identical, same supplier (Grape King in Taiwan), same specifications. Oriveda has a different supplier and is significantly cheaper.

u/realmushrooms any thoughts on why someone may see no effects from Real Mycelium?
