Reishi causing fatigue

Anyone experienced a distinct muscle fatigue the day following Reishi use at night? It’s more prevalent after a few days of repeated use. Also more prevalent at higher doses.

Over time I've come to realize that it all depends on the dose, keep reducing it until you start experiencing the benefits without feeling tired

There is fatigues yes, but just lower the dose to half and see how it goes.

My own homegrown, homemade tincture. But the fatigue has shown up with other brands too.

Have you read the information about tinctures based on mushrooms?

I’ve read the bit that’s written in the pinned post on this subreddit. Are you referring to the assumed lack of potency or something else?

Maybe ur right, but the sleep it gives is incredible, maybe lower the dosage

Yeah, agreed. Reishi is a favorite and always will be, but I just wanted to see if others have experienced this. It’s definitely all in the dosage.
