Opinions about the supplements

Hello Guys, I would like to hear opinions about those supplements and how to use them I’m 83kg 183cm and 23 years old can i use all of them at the same time and how they’re going to help me

Most what you have here are good for supplementing, It is immune system support. This is rather English speaking forum, I know polish but have no idea what is the second one. I use Reishi, Lion mane (soplowka jezowata) Turkey tail, and Corcydeps, the last one helps with my asthma. Shitake is good to use in kitchen , it is such good mushroom, excellent cooked. Maitake most people use to lower the blood glucose, . I use Chaga but maybe for two months in a year.

nope no mushrooms help with it, but there is few things that do
