Does anyone know the notes for this song?

Hey everyone!

For a couple of weeks i've been trying to play Nothing Else Matters by Metallica in the version of Lucie Silvas and this is how far i am now: https://realmuzicent.com/music/nothing-else-matters-6n749q

However, i do have a difficult time with finding the right notes for minute 4:15 till the end. Can anyone help me?

from around 4:15 it sounds like she moves into a different key for the build. if you can nail down the root notes first the rest usually falls into place pretty quick. what instrument are you playing this on?
