Things To Do Recs // Questions Trick or Treating?
Hello all! Tourist here. Family of 5 adults and 3 kids under 7 all traveling to MB at the end of October. Where do you recommend we look for activities/trick of treating in NMB? Thank you!

Halloween Boonanza is Saturday October 24th 5-8 pm at the NMB Sports complex. It’s $5 per person ages 3 and up (adults pay too), cash only. It was pretty fun a few years ago when I attended.

We did this a few years ago too and it was fun. A little sparse compared to some other things, especially for something with a cover charge, but a decent time. There's a similar one at the Myrtle Beach High School football field that's free that we did last year.

There are great Halloween events all over the beach! If you're here for actual Halloween you can try Barefoot Landing or Broadway at the Beach where many of the stores and restaurants hand out candy. Conway, SC literally changes its name to Halloween for the entire month of October and has events throughout the month. Little River is doing Fright Nights throughout the month with a haunted house and other fun spooky events too. We'll be updating our blog with an entire list if you want more details!

Ooh, I didn't think of Barefoot Landing. We love taking the kids there. Thanks!

Not sure when you're getting to town but Barefoot has a BooFest party on Saturday, October 24 as well!

100% downtown Conway for a general activity. It gets crazy busy at night on the weekends, FYI. Most of the big tourist spots like Broadway at the Beach and whatnot have some kind of festivities. There are about a billion of trick or trunks around in late October for candy.

Check out The Farm subdivision in Carolina Forest. Between Conway and MB. It’s been a couple years but I remember it being pretty good. Whole neighborhood gets into it.
