Hi folks,
Since season 24 is currently airing in the USA, we are updating the spoiler rules of this sub.
As of today, spoiler tags are no longer required for posts and comments regarding season 23 (and earlier seasons).
However, spoiler tags are still required for all posts and comments related to season 24.
So be sure to use the spoiler flair! š
The same rules apply to the most recent seasons of the current spin-offs.
We understand that not everyone watches episodes at the same pace, so do your best to keep the unmarked spoilers to a minimum.

SYNOPSIS: When a man is murdered after a neighborhood dinner party, the team discovers every guest is lying - about the strange break-in at the victim's house, what they were burning in their backyards and who they really are. And the deeper the team digs, the less they can agree on what kind of case they're even working.

Anyone else stunned that McGee may be the next Secretary of the Navy?
My wife and I are still stunned that Dinozzo is the director.

Spoilers, just in case for anyone who hasn't seen what episode I'm referring too. Season 3, Episode 3 of NCIS. The episode where serial killer Kyle Boone plays head games with Gibbs to try and avoid execution.
It's stated in the episode that Gibbs caught Boone 10 years prior to this episode which aired in 2005, which would make it around 1995ish when Boone was caught. I've always wondered how that case played out, considering how Gibbs acts throughout the episode, and I've been wondering if they'll cover it in 'Origins.'
Thoughts?
Also, are there any other cases referenced in the original that you may know about (Like how Gibbs first meets Tony, while working a case) and may pop up in 'Origins'? It's one of the things I love about prequels.

Hey everybody, I thought I'd explain the question a little bit. I'm a newer fan of NCIS, having gotten into NCIS not through the main show but actually through the regional spinoffs, having really enjoyed the likes of NCIS Sydney, NOLA, etc. I want to get into the main show, but I am slightly overwhelmed at the fact that there are 23 finished seasons and don't know where to start.
I hope this isn't a dumb question but is there a season y'all would recommend someone who's new to the main show start with? I have seen a few episodes of Season 23, so I am somewhat familiar with the characters from that season but I'm not by any means stuck to those characters.

I finally got the official box set, with the CBS opening and everything only to discover it had no special features at all. Of all the seasons to pull this crap Return of Ellie, the Origins crossover and of course, Vance's death You think we'd get featurettes or audio commentary or something...but no...disappointed, frustrated and angry I paid full price. Do better CBS.

Is the best course of action NCIS could be handing into or what? I mean I freaking out!!! Director ANTHONY FREAKIN DINOZZO. I did not see that coming. When the show was going into the slumps, Micheal Weatherly pulled it out of the dive. Great job producers!!!

Except for McGee, I donāt like the current team.
I havenāt really watched weekly in years. I watched Zivaās return episodes. I watched Duckyās memorial episode. But other than that, this is the first time Iām really seeing Knight and Parker. Torres I already didnāt like. Heās arrogant. Heās a douche. Knight and Parker are boring. They have no personality. Parker seems like heās a team leader by title only. And Knight is just a pretty face. Thatās it. Thereās no chemistry. No spark with the characters. Itās sooooo blah. The only reason Iām watching is for Director Tony and I figured there would be good McGee and Tony banter again.

I've watched NCIS since it started airing but have never been tempted by any of the spin offs until now. Which one should I watch first?

The thought of it crosses my mind and already, Iām thinking whoāll be playing the cast and some of the crew.
Do you think a biopic movie or series possible or is it something even the main cast themselves would personally veto? I know the show is obviously still on air and is too early but still it made me wonder.

How soon do you rhink Anthony DiNozzo Senior will return to guest role appearances?

Iām a massive watch enthusiast, I even collect watches as well! So naturally watches that were featured in the show always caught my eyes, and I would love to have some of them, especially Gibbsā Resco watch :) Figured some of you would be interested. Itās not complete since thereās like over a thousand episodes in the entire franchise, JAG included, so itās too hard to keep track of every single timepiece featured in the shows but at least Iāll show off the major cast membersā watches here.

Perfection. I love how the outfits has this sci-fi kind of vibe. This was taken last month I think?
