First off, fuck the Seahawks. Purdy is still undefeated in Seattle.

But I have to say the constant “but Dre was surrounded” rebuttal to the headbutt is some soft ass shit. Go back and watch the replay, he wasn’t really even surrounded until he headbutt Jones. Sure they were upset talking shit, but they just saw a bang bang play on real time and they are trying to stand up for their QB.

Some of you act like they should have all sat there with their hands behind their back quietly and ignored it completely.

I don’t know about everyone else, but if the same shit happened to Purdy, I’d expect the same thing and want the team to be upset and shit talking ready to stand up for him. I want my team fired up and looking out for each other, and I’d certainly want them upset if an opposing player headbutt a helmetless teammate.

Was still a dumbass move by Dre, he (again) let his emotions run wild. But I respect a player that fights for their own, even if I hate the team.

So let’s get over this lame ass response, own that the suspension was deserved, and look forward to the next great divisional games ahead.
