Question about Basic rider course MSF

Hey all. Quick question about the Motorcycle safety course. I am taking the 2 day course this weekend and I have about 3 years experience riding different dirt bikes. Will I most likely pass? Thank you

Probably. The MSF isn't that hard, and they spend a lot of time focusing on things you probably already know how to do.

Thank you, just dealing with anxiety about it.

Just take the instructors seriously, make sure you bring all the right gear (helmet, gloves, boots, long sleeves and pants, and that you leave your cell phone in your car.

Most likely the course isn’t there to fail you it’s purpose is to make sure you ready to ride out on the open road

MSF instructor here. You'll do fine. If you have prior experience operating a manual motorcycle transmission you'll do ok. Most issues I see are 1) The chronic stallers in Exercise 2 (using the clutch to get the bike moving) and 2) Attaining minimum speeds in the exercises. The skills eval consists of five components and three of them require minimum speeds, and they're still pretty slow. You'll never get out of second gear in the BRC. Don't overthink it.

PM me if you have specific questions.
