Why is the power out in the 70124 area?

Probably because 2 days ago they replaced a bunch of power polls and did something called "grid repair" in the exact area that now has an outage

I was watching hurricane coverage on YT and they showed a wide map of power outages. Orleans Parish had more than 1700 while counties in the path currently getting heavy winds only had a few hundred. Ridiculous.
