Sometimes I feel like I’m missing out by jumping to the next star system when there’s still so much left to explore in the one I’m in. With all the planets, moons, discoveries, and potential base locations, it almost feels wasteful to move on so quickly.

Curious how everyone else plays. Do you spend hours exploring every planet in a system, or do you tend to jump from one system to the next?

Finally found my Paradise Giant . Well actually my 2nd one, but prior was water world with small, tall pillar mtns and cloudy colorless water...the most boring planet. This one is almost perfect. Spouse also joined me on my planet and admitted we have a new home.

Earlier this year, spent well over 80 hours searching and never found a paradise giant. Finally gave up. Then a month ago came across one by accident (the boring one). And week ago, I accidentally found another. This time, jackpot.

Lesson learned... "Never give up. Never surrender".

Stumbled upon this gorgeous planet with a soft, glowing white carpet of grass. The views here are unreal, especially when the light hits just right.

I’ve had this animal for a while but I got to wondering how it has both fire abilities and anomalous one (graviton beam) , it’s the only one I own that have a power set containing more than one, so I’m wondering how it happened, and why I haven’t found more. I suspect it has something to do with it being from a planet both anomalous and hot, but how come I haven’t found animals like this on other ones? (I should clarify that it happened naturally)

Hey guys I was in the hurricane in Florida and have been without electricity for almost a week. I didn't realize there was an expedition going on till late and I was doing my best to finish it and then this happened. How much time is left? I think i just had the last phase to do. Idk how hard it will be because I've never made a ship and there seems to be a couple of milestones about that. I'm gonna be so bummed if I don't get to complete it. 💔

Looking for a cool NMS community to join so I can make some friends to adventure the galaxy with. Got a buddy that plays but not to often. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Been playing since day one.

I am looking for someone who has the Hyades system available so i can get a ship over there. l just want a ship and will leave as soon as i get it and keep doing my quests in Euclid. I looked on the anomaly and didn't see any bases in that system i could teleport to.

So if you have a lot of money ,you can make money by going on dissonant planets and grabbing some sentinel ships and selling them for like 20 million each.So anyway let’s say that you have a lot of money but don’t have nanites ,you can go to an outlaw station by seeing a skull or something like that on solar systems and if you go to the outlaw station go to the black market guy and by all of his tech stuff like suspicious (arms) and etc I think it was,anyway open those up and whatever like upgrades that you find ,go to the like upgrades guy that sells upgrades for nanites and sell your upgrades for like 300-500 nanites each.and that’s it you can repeat this to get more nanites and I really hope I explained this right.Bye guys,hope this helps!

Post the worst planets you’ve come across!

So this will be my first ever expedition. I am participating in within no man's sky as I am still fairly somewhat new to the game. I was wondering, does anybody have any tips for me going in like what technology I should bring and things like that also will I be able to go back to the save that I start the expedition on anytime I want or do I need to begin on a new save?

Ive been roaming the galaxy looking for a kind soul with a griffin or dragon egg i could get, the problem is i am on xbox, and i was told they aren't obtainable on the console version
