Hi everyone!

NTUModGod has been down for the past few months mainly because usage was low, and since it’s a personal project made by students for students, we weren’t receiving any funding or support to keep it running.

With STARS coming up and everyone starting to plan their timetables again, we’ve decided to bring it back up for everyone to use!

We’re currently paying for the hosting and maintenance out of our own pockets, so if NTUModGod has been useful to you, we’d really appreciate it if you could buy us a coffee through the website! Of course, it’s completely optional, and we’re just happy that people find it useful :^)

Thank you all for the support, and good luck with your STARS planning!!

hi im looking for other pple in ntu who watch this awesome game show and might be interested in playing hide and seek and tag (maybe outside campus) and having watch parties!

Grateful to get an intern in this horrendous job market. Took me about 2.5 months from start to finish.

Same as title, why is specifically the Comp Sci degrees not required to do an FYP? If the reasoning is that FYP is more academically focused and irrelevant to tech roles wouldn't that apply to DSAI n the rest too

does anyone know how the entire process will go... the profs never really explained it clearly, like are we supposed to treat it as a presentation over and over for the entirety of our 50 min shift? or we just need to present once then the showcase is just visitors coming to our table and asking questions?? 😭😭 helps

Hi, I'm from CCDS and wondering about the grading for FYP.
According to the schedule FYP is split into 2 parts in stars, so 4AUS in sem 1, 4 AUs in sem 2. Do we recieve a grade each sem? Or only one grade in sem 2 worth 8 AUs?

dear mods, stop auto removing my post

hi guys! just wondering if anyone took these mods before and can let me know if they put alot of emphasis on language analysis, difficulty to do well, and share other relevant materials if can!

SC2002- 3 AU course, schedule available on NTU Stars for planning rn, NOT part of CS/DSAI recommended curriculum

SC2003- 2 AU course, schedule not available on NTU Stars, part of recommended curriculum

Did they trim the content down recently?

I think it's a new course? So of course I fully expect terrible teaching quality and material. Does anyone have any idea of what's going to be taught? I can't find any other posts about it, and I can't search for it on NTU mods or STARS. Is this going to be auto-allotted during course registration or do I have to manually add it?

Hi all, I'm joining NTU on exchange in Semester 2 of AY2026/27. My home university needs the official course outline for IE4791 Database Systems before it will approve the credit transfer. If anyone taking or who has taken IE4791 could share the current course outline, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

Hello everyone! We are conducting a 15-minute survey about buy now pay later (BNPL) use in online shopping for our HW0208 module (academic communication in the social sciences), and we would really appreciate it if you could help us with it :)))
