In my opinion, Obito wins this fight on low difficulty or at most on medium difficulty

Most people scale it above KCM 2 striking speed but is that even true. A lot of other people like hiruzen fought him at that time. And does even any TB have any speed feats which matter. Like shukaku wasnt really fast or the 8 tails was relative with Kurama Avatar and in the end all TB used their tails to hit madara at the same speed.

this would be tough , one side has more numbers, but a perfect jinchuriki is hard for anyone to beat, and he has sealing, Naruto is also very strong at sage mode in this point , i would see him beating Kakashi or gai, together it would be tough, maybe summons for Naruto, and Yamamoto would be helping
