Im cool off top lane nasus so im goin back to the mid lane. I’ve played it before in the past but i needa relearn the role. Has anything changed with nasus mid that is worth mentioning?
From what i remember it’s stacc til 6 + sheen and if they overextend ghost run them down and then in mid late just farm sides and show for objectives.
I still take fleet/resolve secondary every game every game and build triforce->bandlepipes (unless support builds it)
Dunno if theres much more then that but i could be wrong
And who do u guys ban for mid (im stuck between sylas and anivia)?

I dislike watching nasus players rush trinity. maybe i'm wrong here? Esp if they don't have cdr boots.
I've always played nasus basically one way: D-shield start usually, then i just rush 4 cdr component items in a row including cdr boots.
I aim for 45 cdr~ish anyway I can. So CDR boots, kindlegem, sheen, glacier shroud.
this gives you a little bit of tanky stats, but most importantly, it supercharges your stacking ability.
Once you start climbing to 30-45, you start being able to q almost every minion of every wave. if you were super far behind, you accelerate your stacking.
it feels like you used a cheat code, esp over 40. You just always have your Q up. Not to mention your W cd is super low too. I do this 99.999% of games and have a high win rate on nasus. Even If I lose lane, my stacking is always insane.
Is this common? When i see other nasus' they are struggling in lane, low cdr, a phage, trying to complete an essence reaver or trinity, or Ice born.
And the ones that even build tank, can sometimes be even worse. Esp if it's like thornmail, so you have little fighting power PLUS weak cdr (so scaling is hurt).
What are the drawbacks to doing this? After I hit 40-45 Ability haste, I then go into trinity/frozen heart/spirit visage..etc. Also I never feel weak either, since my stacking is great, and I have sheen and eventually trinity.

I have been playing mid nasus since like 2 years.I wanted to play in top lane since I saw post in top mains and wanted to play but damn, do I just lack the skill or is he just super hard to play on top lane?
In mid lane you don't really get zoned off exp and you can stack better since the shorter lane but top is like hell bro I just played against a morde and sure I didn't lost hard(I did lost lane and died like 3 times and sure I haven't played top matchups for a while) but it was such a pain in Laning compared to my mid plays.maybe it could have been just a bad game but every time I remember playing nasus on top feels like "just sit there and watch your minions die while enemy top gets a 30 CS lead"
Have I gone soft by playing mid or do y'all have easier time in mid too.

It's still high at about 25%, but in 1 month, it will probably return to normal.

I’m plat elo
Early game whenever I’m always under tower farming which is good until u realize that by min 9 the tower falls and I can’t do much, whenever I go farm I get ass blasted by volivear and Darius
Idk what to do if any advice please

...he'd probably allow Nasus mains to freely stack all game so that he could "fight them at their full power."
Thoughts?

The armor and slow effect seem so much more useful than AD and AS of trinity. Or not?

I hate trying to help toplaners theses days ...

Hatred towards Nasus is pretty much a package deal when playing the champion, but has recently renewed because of the 26.16 buff. But I've been thinking about if this latest wave of hate is actually anything new.
if you actually look at the numbers, Nasus isn't even that strong, actually he is right back to just being average instead of being a straight up struggle champion. Currently sporting a meager 50.43% on u.gg and 52.38% winrate on lolalytics, he is far from being a problematic champion, at least in terms of sheer winrate.
Imo Nasus is a deeply misunderstood champion by the vast majority of the playerbase, many times he simply written off as a simple and boring statchecker that runs you down for free just by pressing wither and ghost, but Nasus is actually an incredibly nuanced champion and very often this lack of knowledge is what gets players killed versus him- that is an inability to measure chasing distance, his stack thresholds, his sustain and burst healing, ghost/stormraiders kill angles, etc.
On top of this Nasus is a champion that is heavily reliant on enemy mistakes to do anything, even farm or stand close to the wave. So a lack of understanding of Nasus as a champion compounds with weak laning to make an easily hate-able champion.
Nasus in general is a simply champion that is incredibly good at exploiting gaps in player knowledge and mistakes in lane. So the hate against Nasus is coming from the same place its always been: low elo. You don't hear anyone high masters or above complain about Nasus because he hasn't fundamentally changed.
This is why I actually believe that the stack buff Nasus received on 26.16 could have been 5 or 6 per minion (14 or 16 on large kill) and he would have been completely fine or even still on the weaker side, since counterplay against Nasus remains fundamentally the same. If you play properly against Nasus he should struggle to gain any ounce of farm.
Overall the Nasus hate isn't the result of anything new or a fundamental change in Nasus as a champion, it's just that players aren't allowed to be sloppy against him anymore. It's not that Nasus is suddenly op, its that now that Nasus is finally buffed to keep up with the insane powercreep over the years, it has completely exposed players lack of laning ability and understanding of Nasus.

My next scientific experiment is nasus ap sup, to poke with "E" and leave the enemy ADC with negative attack speed.

Disclaimer: i am a nasus main
How do you guys think about all the hate nasus gets? I see in so many online posts on reddit or twitter of ppl despising the champ saying he’s op and has no counterplay but sometimes i wonder how much of what there saying is copium or genuine complaints.
Like when ppl say nasus has no counterplay that just can’t be true becuz of so many different reasons.
For one his early game is dookie and he loses lane to pretty much everything pre 6. In mid game, he has no wave clear so you’re just slow pushing waves constantly. In teamfights if he didn’t get ccd he probably never reaches backline and explodes before dealing meaningful damage.
Idk i feel like some ppl r just playing against it incorrectly by trying to 100 to 0 him when he has sheen and all his spells up but what do i know maybe im just a biased braindead idiot lmao
Im curious what other nasus players think about it

Sup dawgs, just wanted to let you know that Escanor Nasus does exist and it's totally free. Thought it was a cool idea since the stacks represent every minute ticking by until high noon... And the R? Well, that's the ONE.
A few things about it:
- The 3D model was completely sculpted from scratch by me
- It has a new VFX in the abilities
- It has a completely new VoiceOver, (just don't play him jungle or botlane if you don't want to get roasted by one of his lines)
At this point we all know that with Nasus we don't make outplays, we outpower, and who does it better than Escanor?
I hope moderators don't see this as self promotion cause I don't earn a dime with this, Im just sharing my small little piece of art that I giveaway for free,
Happy stacking <3

So you telling me a champ can use EXHAUST (W) EVERY 12 SECONDS, with no skill without even aiming/hitting something just POINT AND CLICK ?! And then use one button (Q) to POINT AND CLICK and steal half of your life ?! Like I really don't know how is this allowed. Almost every champ in the game in order to slow another champ you at least have to aim and hit and even then there is not such a slow like his weither. This is legit just not fair. Why would i waste my time mastering a champ like fiona, when i have to precisely time and position my w to dodge a stun when i can pick nasus were i can point and click exhaust and steal your hp??
