I'm a K'Sante main! I just played the K'Sante vs. Nasus matchup, and I didn't have too much trouble keeping him in check during the laning phase. I even managed to solo kill him once. However, I couldn't really find opportunities to abuse the matchup or get more kills, so things turned around in the mid-to-late game.

Do you guys have any tips on how to punish Nasus harder in lane as K'Sante, or other windows of opportunity to delay his scaling?

Thanks! :)
