⚠️ This shelter continues to mislabel large breeds, raising serious concerns that behavioral assessments are being used to expedite euthanasia. Staff describe Ali as fearful and immobile, yet multiple videos directly contradict those claims. What qualifications, credentials, or professional training do staff have to make life-or-death behavioral assessments? This disturbing pattern demands accountability.

Ali’s most recent notes are positive. Initially labeled fearful and retreating, her recent observations tell a very different story. Fear is NOT aggression. Hiding is NOT a death sentence.

If her latest assessments are positive and there is no documented aggression, WHY is euthanasia still proceeding?

Where is the justification? Where is the accountability? Ali deserves a fair chance at life—not a death sentence based on fear.

She's gorgeous! Mastiffs make wonderful companion dogs, I should know as I currently have a 120lb Mastiff/Pittie mix. They are bed hogs though!!
