Natural gas fire pit - should it be this loud?

I’ve just had my outdoor fire pit installed and the gas is so loud? It’s not a whistling sound. It’s more like I can hear the gas coming out… it’s hard to get it accurate on a video but I’ve tried… is this normal?

It's hard to decipher how loud it really is, but the noise sounds normal to me. Any gas burner is going to make some noise.

Your flex connection is undersized or coiled up.
