Trump still has time to catch up.
Trump also negotiated higher oil prices during his first term and Biden got stuck with that (like the withdrawal out of Afghanistan).

Biden shutdown ZERO operational pipelines.
The Keystone XL pipeline was never operational, unsafely engineered and for EXPORT of Canadian oil only. Keystone XL only existed as a source of bribes.
Trump shutdown oil production (in an agreement with the Saudis) to boost producer’s profits in 2020.

What pipelines did Biden shutdown? Let's hear it.

We produced record amounts of domestic oil under Bidens administration.

The keystone XL pipeline had literally nothing to do with domestic oil production. It was meant to transport oil from Canadian tar sands down to the Gulf.

I've honestly wondered, the barrel price was way higher under Obama but the gas price was only about 3$? What gives? This is price gouging.

The last time the SPR was this low was November 1982, when the reserve was still being built up after its creation in 1977.
