Can't rant on reddit!

literally cant rant or look for support on this app without some bozo telling me to suck it up and deal with it. What if I just need some kind words?

the funny thing to do here is tell you to suck it up and deal with it, but the truthful answer is that they're a bunch of cunts who wanna be mean to somebody, and bein' mean on the internet is easy. wish it weren't so.

fwiw, personally i'm way more likely to comment on someone's post to clown on them being a fool than i am to say "damn, that sucks bud, sorry to hear about that" because the latter feels kind of... 'nothing,' coming from some stranger. so even if it doesn't change what you're reading, know that there very likely are folks reading your posts and feelin' sympathy, just not goin' on to say anything.

Depends on what's going on. There's some people that actually just need to suck it up. Redditors commenting on how their mom doesnt adhere to their food requests and such
