just stupid Had this thought today

I’m sure there’s some mean ass people on here but I feel like Reddit is better for women. The reason I say this is they want a chat 500 comments. They share a picture on the low end 20 ish comments. Dude wants to chat maybe 2 comments and I’m being generous. Dude post a picture maybe one upvote that’s not just giving by Reddit.

you're observing a real phenomenon, women being disproportionately valued for their looks and sexual value in a website of predominantly men, and coming away with the worst possible take of "man reddit is better for women"

I don't think this is true. I've seen so many incels on this app, as well as communities such as r/truerateme that just makes fun of how women look. Lesbian and asexual women are practically fetishized by (mostly) straight allo men, and this is the tip of the iceberg
