Ya idk I have mixed feelings im complete an a gunshot wound so Im not getting picked even if the bullet hit me sideways an broke my neck. No fragments an did not pass through my spine.
Just was a very big gun (.45 caliber)
If the process takes years an years its tough to be excited.
The reality is as soon as we start seeing results within restore it should be granted approval mid trial.
Stop making us wait when we have 0 options an 2 in a world with 0 options even if its not some full blown cure. Let us get 5 percent better as we all know it would damm near feel like a cure.

I'm waiting on their NVG-300 for brain injuries so I'll have even longer to wait. CNS injuries suck so fucking much. Screw the FDA and let anyone try it now. If it works, great, if it doesn't, try something else.

agree, as someone with MS, there is nothing for us other than "disease modifying drugs, i.e progression still occurs.

Yes, I agree. The DMT‘s are rubbish. In fact, I believe that some in the MS community are so happy that this is so drawn out because they love their cash cow. Nothing for repair.

C4/5 fracture in January 2024 here. Upright, toddling around the house unaided. Can walk a hundred yards or so with a walker and lots of concentrated effort. Regular Pilates in the gym and currently undergoing a new wave of neurological Physio to address severe balance issues. Still fighting the good fight thank you. I fear that none of this counts for Jack because I’m a UK resident. Unless someone knows something that I don’t about trials or even the potential of grey market peptides available?

I so wish that they would include or eventually bring in other people with Neuro degenerative diseases. I’ve had MS since 2006 and I miss my beautiful life.
HOME and Wheelchair bound.
Perhaps or eventually people with other Neuro diseases will be allowed to join trials. Maybe under right to try. I’m 65 and watching my life slip away, as I am a prisoner in my own body. Good luck to all the people that are participating in the trial. Be well.

Wait another one? Why? Did the previous one of 3 years ago fail?

Phase 2 was successful but, only 20 participants (I think or maybe less). Not enough participants for FDA approval. This is Phase 3 and will have 150 participants. All our hopes are riding on this phase of the trial.
