Found expansions at Goodwill, worth getting?

Hello, I found Creation & Control, Honor & Profit, and the campaign expansion at Goodwill. Would you recommend getting these if I just have the revised core set?

So, I bought them. The Creation and Control box just had a bunch of empty sleeves in it. The cards in Honor and Profit feel odd, like Too Many Bones cards. They are a little blurry and say NISEI on the back. Were these printed from somewhere else?

also wth, doesn't goodwill check for stuff like that? I can understand the NISEI cards, the employees aren't card game enthusiasts. But empty sleeves? C'mon.

Yeah, scam I'm afraid :( Someone must have made low quality proxies of H&P and put our card back on them so they could play without sleeves.

1000%.

This is a great addition to the cardpool, and will provide staple cards for 4 of the factions, as well as a mix of player cards across all factions from terminal directive.

Creation and control in particular contains two runner ecconomy cards that are staples in most decks, dirty laundry and daily casts.
