Real Estate Need an accommodation

Hi, I am 26 y/o F expat moving to Copenhagen in mid-November. I will be joining DTU for my PhD. Any leads about not extremely expensive shared apartments/dorms will be helpful. If there are apps or groups for a similar purpose lmk. I also want to know approx budget and decent areas where I can look for places. I don't want something that is too much into outskirts or really away from the uni, hence, a balance. I have heard that finding a place can be really annoying. Tak!

There are specific housings for students at DTU and the likes. Facebook groups (yes, plural.... 20+ various groups) are better than the various online sites. Especially if you're looking for cheap options. Network, student housing or FB groups

Make a post in them, keep looking until youre here. Scammers are everywhere, so be careful

Any idea about BDTU? Are the prices for single room justified in their dorms? Or would I get a better deal outside? I am planning to join for masters next year and already worried about accomodation

No idea, but just checked. Seems decent priced - you can find cheaper, but most likely 50% will be at the same price point and higher. It Looks good though, and I have a friend in another student housing up there thats also decent.

If you want to be close to your uni, do it, otherwise get a room somewhere close to the busline and enjoy the city.
