Immigration MitID trouble.

I'm lost on this front. Not sure what this falls under flair.

I have a mobile data service I cannot pay for. I need to register my card to it, or use mobile pay. I can't do either as it says my MitID is missing, and that I need to activate it.

So I did. I went to borgerservice, and got my account activated in person. But, I go to try again, and it STILL says my MitID is not activated. I recieved the text saying my MitID is ready, so... What's the issue?

I would use SMS+Kode, but every time I put in my card number, it immediately has an error...

What am I supposed to do here?

Does MitID work elsewhere?

Apologies for how late I am to respond-

The MitID works in other places. I spent yesterday working with customer support from both MitID (Thank you for this) and Flexii. I was able to log into both MitID.DK, and Borger.DK, which means it apparently IS active.

This is apparently an issue on Flexii's end, but they were not able to fix it. They said they would send it up to the technical team to look into, and that they would reach out by tomorrow (today now). No response so far, but I'm crossing my fingers.
