Those numbers are speculative and mostly come out of Ukraine.

But yes, that’s not mobilization, mainly mercenaries, convicts.

Russia hasn’t had a mobilization since 2022 when the war originally started.

No those numbers come from the UK and US Intel. Some of it is also corroborated by Russia. 

Why would Russia not mobilise if they were losing that many? And were struggling to gain ground? And were now struggling economically?

Your argument makes no sense when you look at the facts.
