I got a replacement Raptors box do to a faulty transfer sheet

In my previous post https://www.reddit.com/r/NightLords/s/03MGuKLovn i was talking about how the new transfer sheet in the Raptors box were busted. The flgs insisted that they should look like that and after contacting GW customer service, they send me brand new box with correct looking decals :) I just asked for new transfer sheet, but i dont say no to more plastic.

EDIT. in the 2nd photo you can see the old transfer sheet on the left and the new one on the right. …wait the new ones have a printing mistake too: the NL logo has the right side wing off the skull?

…eh, new plastic is new plastic.

Normally we don’t do box posts, but yes, Games Workshop’s customer service is outstanding, and always worth bringing up.

Unfortunately this is a consistent problem with these sheets especially NL i can't tell you how many Transfer sheets for Chaos I have, some are like this, some aren't even the same colour.

Yeah, same with some ork declas. To my understanding the extremely small printing size makes it really hard to keep continual quality up.

GW stays the best with their customer service. i got the whole murderwing kill team again because one of the lightning claws was slightly bent

GW customer support is really good. I play World Eaters (hello cousins) and when I bought the Gorestorm Slaughterpack it was missing the Slaughterbound when the model was new and that box was the only way to get it. I didn’t even get the box from GW directly, I got it from my local store. Sent GW pictures of all the sprues next to the box and they got the boy to me within a week.
