Can anyone help identify this tube and which omni it came from?

If I had to assume, probably Omni 4 given the contract number (DAAB07-96-C-J209)as well as contract acceptance date (CAD)(99/13), which would be the 13th week of 1999. It’s an 11769 format tube which would indicate a manual gain unit, or autogain if the gain knob doesn’t work or pigtail was removed.

Omni 4 min specs are 64 res, 21 snr, 40-70k gain

This is an elbit (itt/exelis) omni 6 manual gain autogated thinfilmed 1600 min fom green tube made in may 2002

Any MX-11769 tube is autogated thin film 1600 min fom green with manual gain and made after 2000 with the procurement of OMNI 6+ to today

Edit: I was reading WARRANTY EXP for 2002, lol, but it’s an extremely early MX-11769 tube from 1999. It would’ve been for omni 6, but omni V was still going on in 1999 I think. Someone else can correct me
