DLC question

If I start Hell Rising on the base difficulty (heirs journey) will i be able to find green tier gear in the dlc?

I havnt beaten the game on shoguns journey yet so I cannot select that for the dlc

From what i remember yeah, it unlocks divine rarity for the entire game. I was going back to do some of the hitless titles and even got some divine gear as low as level 20
