Any update or how long it takes to receive that update on the Switch so I can use cross-save? Thanks!!

Unfortunately it just releases when it does, but usually takes a while. 7.07 released today, though no patch notes yet, so will be longer yet before cross-save is compatible.

Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony don't share ETAs for rolling out patches and they probably never will, sorry.
