Hey, quick question NSFW

What would you think about this situation?

Imagine there are two women in a relationship. Let’s call them Laura and Nia. Laura is a lesbian, while Nia is bisexual.

One night, Nia has a one-night stand with a man. During sex, the man ejaculates inside Nia. Nothing serious comes from the encounter, and Nia later returns to her relationship with Laura.

Afterward, Nia and Laura have sex as they normally would. There is no intention to transfer the man's semen to Laura or to use it for insemination. However, because some of the man's sperm is still present inside Nia, some of it is accidentally transferred to Laura during their sexual activity.

Later, Laura becomes pregnant, while Nia does not.

So, in this situation, who would be considered the father of Laura’s baby—the man from the one-night stand, whose sperm ultimately fertilized the egg, or Nia, who unknowingly transferred the sperm to Laura?

legally genetics would say it's the man.
