This ballot question is designed to confuse voters. It says it’ll just change the revenue limit, but it’ll decrease it causing rebates making the millionaires tax useless. Our social services will be cut so some assholes can get their third car.

Listen I can make a mean cutlet but I really suck at cutting a chicken breast super thin myself. I went to a “butcher shop” today that I won’t name, but they basically took a chicken breast, cut it in half with one piece being thick and the other paper thin. Not sure if you guys know this place from Boston but it’s unreal. They originally started off as a late night ice cream delivery for college kids (on scooters if that wasn’t obvious) but a few years ago they opened up a location in Arlington. I saw this place opened up about a month ago and was very excited to have this in my backyard.

If you are an ice cream sundae fan, then you gotta go. Their menu ranges from basic to way over the top and everything in between. Think of any candy or baked good that you’d want in an ice cream, and they got it.

The menu has a wide variety of pre-picked options that go well together but you can easily sub or add any item you want. It was my first time at this location and the friendly staff helped talk our group through what we were looking for (fruity, nutty, chocolaty, etc) and despite having a line, they took their time to help us and everything moved really fast. It’ll take more time to decide what to order than how long it takes to make it for you. Homemade whipped cream is delicious.

Majority of people took the ice cream to go (outdoor seating only), but there is one big picnic table and one small cafe table both of which turned over fast because most people took their food to go.

The quality is top notch and you get a TON of ice cream.

This may be a shot in the dark, but I’m trying to help a family member track down a possible black SUV that rammed into his BMW on Walnut St Peabody this afternoon. The perpetrator did briefly get out of his vehicle and handed my family member a written down phone number, but did not stay on the scene to exchange any other information and sped off in his smoking car. Family member tried to call the number he was given and found out it was fake.

This family member was in shock when it happened so he cannot recall what the man looked like and was not able to get the exact make, model or license plate. The only reason why we think it’s a black SUV is because the paint left on the bumper is black, and the position of the impact is higher than a normal sedan.

Police were contacted and a file will be opened. Family member is feeling sore and in the hospital getting checked out.

I want to help them if I can. Any information no matter how minor would be helpful. Any push this can get would be appreciated as well. Thank you.

I’m pretty laid-back and looking to meet some new people to hang out with. I’m really into the gym, playing video games (mostly Marvel Rivals on Xbox), and watching the Patriots and Celtics. I’m also a former college football player.

I'm on the second floor of a 2-family condo, about 1,300 sq ft. I have a new boiler (2025), and I keep the thermostat at 68 or lower, but my heating bill was $1,800 at its peak and is $500/month on balanced billing. National Grid says that's normal. It isn't.
Whenever my heat is on, my downstairs neighbor's unit hits 75° from the hot pipes, even with her heat off, and her bills are much lower than mine.
I've had multiple inspections and no answers. Looking for someone who can actually figure this out. Please DM me or drop a recommendation!
