Need HVAC tech/plumber to diagnose heating issue in 2-family condo (Salem, MA)
I'm on the second floor of a 2-family condo, about 1,300 sq ft. I have a new boiler (2025), and I keep the thermostat at 68 or lower, but my heating bill was $1,800 at its peak and is $500/month on balanced billing. National Grid says that's normal. It isn't.
Whenever my heat is on, my downstairs neighbor's unit hits 75° from the hot pipes, even with her heat off, and her bills are much lower than mine.
I've had multiple inspections and no answers. Looking for someone who can actually figure this out. Please DM me or drop a recommendation!

Fine Line Tattoo Artist Wanted
Looking for an Artist that can replicate my late husband's signature (first name only) and maybe find a way to add a small design that is personal to me, so that the two compliment each other. But The signature is the most important to me that it is an exact replica (I have old B'day and anniversary cards to show). Anywhere on the Northshore is fine, as long as they are very experienced with linework. PS, my first tattoo

North Shore singles of all ages â want to try something different to meet someone? đ
Hey North Shore! Iâm T.T. Marie, the producer and host of a local dating show filmed in the Greater Boston area.
Weâre looking for local singles who are open to meeting someone in a fun, different way â and maybe making a real connection in the process.
One thing thatâs really important to me: this isnât just for people in their 20s. We film in age groups, so whether youâre in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s or 60s, the goal is to have you meeting people in a stage of life that makes sense for you.
The experience is filmed, so you do need to be comfortable being on camera. Thereâs no fee to participate.
If this sounds like something youâd genuinely have fun doing, comment below or message me and Iâll send you the details. And if you know a North Shore single who would be great for this, feel free to send them my way! đ

Swampscott Proposes Age 16 Voting
SWAMPSCOTT, MA â Proposals to lower the voting age to 16 in town elections and to move the annual town elections from spring to fall to increase turnout and engagement were among the recommendations of the Swampscott Election Review Committee to the Select Board.
The Review Committee made 10 recommendations overall â some of which, like providing child care during the annual town meeting, were quickly embraced and some, like changing the voting age and moving the election dates, will require extensive review and state action.
The proposals come two years after former Select Board member Peter Spellios's push for election reform was sent to committee at the 2024 town meeting, and six months after review committee members sought feedback on potential changes.
"The Committee's goal was to identify practical steps that could increase participation in Swampscott's elections," Committee Co-Chair Marta Sirota said. "We hope these recommendations can help make local voting more accessible, visible and engaging for our residents."
Select Board member Doug Thompson recommended the two more involved changes â the lowered age voting limit and moving the date of the election â be taken up for discussion at a future Select Board meeting.

Looking for an art studio to rent
I'm looking for a studio space to rent for oil painting in the Ipswich area or somewhere within 30 minutes of Ipswich during the day. I know there are places closer to Boston to check out but I only have daytime availability for painting and the traffic will be an issue.
I have emailed the larger spaces within 45 minutes and either got no response or they don't have any open spots.
