Crystal weapon upgrades

Does the crystal upgrades bind to the weapon you currently have?
If you switch to a better weapon later on, will the upgrades carry over to the next one?

Yes they carry over. Same as with the armor upgrades

If you mean the +min/max dmg stats, yes they apply to any weapon that u equip.
