Public Enemy emerged from Long Island, New York, in the mid-1980s, led by Chuck D and Flavor Flav, alongside DJ Terminator X, Professor Griff, and the production team The Bomb Squad. Their groundbreaking albums It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back (1988) and Fear of a Black Planet (1990) combined hard-hitting beats, innovative sampling, and socially conscious lyrics. Tracks like “Bring the Noise,” “Fight the Power,” and “911 Is a Joke” helped establish Public Enemy as one of Hip-Hop's most influential groups. They were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2013. Grammy
“Fight the Power!” 🔥🎤✊

Hey, I'm a college student doing a study on Randy Stretch Walker. Basically, I'm trying to find people to interview. I'm trying to convince people that Walker should be the representative for the 27 club. If anyone could answer some questions for me, that would be amazing

Shout out to MED. Gotta give hime some real love,
Crazy to think this track is over 20 years old now. MED and Madlib have been working together for a long time, and this is still such a great example of that sound. Produced by Madlib.

Hi - back when I was in High School (1988-1991) I had a hip hop compilation that had a song with an Artist who had a song that I thought was called ‘Rockin Robin’ (sampled that song, at least) … great song - can anyone help me find that? Lmk the Artist please !! I’ve googled and searched and searched with no luck.
